17th August is the 26th Death Anniversary of General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq; a Military Dictator forgotten by the tides of time but do remember that enlightened nation looks towards their future but keep their past in perspective as to learn from it and not repeat the same mistakes. Sharing some of his videos to shed some light on his infamous assassination and his political policies.
General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq has been a and will always remain a controversial personality, as many think of him as the biggest evil Pakistan has ever encountered; scarring Pakistan with false Islamization and injecting the seed of present day terrorism; then again on the opposing side some believe that he was a morally astute leader and inclusion Articles 62 and 63 in the 1973 constitution to prevent corrupt and immoral politicians from entering the legislature were the most important constitutional amendments.
